What is collected
Only when you submit the contact form: your name, email, shop or company name (optional), and the message you write. I do not collect ID numbers, location, contacts, photos, or anything else from your device.
Why
Only to reply to your enquiry about digitalising your shop. Never for marketing, never for bulk mail, never shared with third parties.
Where and for how long
Stored in this site’s message table (Cloudflare D1, SQLite) and cleared after 90 days by default. The site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network outside mainland China, so the data sits on Cloudflare infrastructure too.
Who can see it
One person: the owner of Yunma Software. Messages are forwarded to my own devices via a WeCom bot and ServerChan so I can reply quickly. Nobody else can see them.
Your rights
Ask me to delete your message any time — one email is enough. You can also ask me to stop contacting you.
Analytics
The site loads no third-party analytics and builds no profiles. Cloudflare, as the host, keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting; they are not linked to anything you type.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts.
